Artists-in-Schools NightWant to learn more about what local artists can do for your school or community group? Then join the Greater Columbus Arts Council for the 2009 Artist Preview Night on Tue., Sept. 8 from 4-7 p.m., in a brand new location—the historic Lincoln Theatre, 771 E. Long St 43203. Artist Preview Night allows teachers, event planners and arts patrons to meet the storytellers, theater companies, painters, dancers, musicians and other talented artists on the Greater Columbus Arts Council's Artists-in-Schools program roster. The Artists-in-Schools program provides performances, workshops and interactive arts instruction to schools, libraries, and other educational facilities in central Ohio and beyond.
